Lee was reported to have said that he'll wear a Lin high school jersey if Lin's high school coach brings him one.  Lin's high school coach is apparently flying out to see a game tonight, I think.

Maybe we'll see a Fields/Lin slate in 2036.

Yeah, but Smith has never been known for his defensive prowess, at least not in my recollection.  D'Antoni would be taking a risk to replace Fields with Smith.
