I have a friend working on the project and he mentioned the quotes from the AD were incredibly stupid. He gave the example of undergoing a home renovation and expecting to receive the final sign off on April 1st...then deciding it would be a smart idea to host a party for 100 that same night. You might want to build in a little padding to your party schedule if you're the home owner.
