If this happened, one minor change I'd like to see that would help Stanford recruiting is helping athletes' families to travel to see them play. Shaw mentioned on an ESPN chat today that the biggest challenge in recruiting nowadays is convincing kids to go to school across the country. If they knew their families could get help with travel, that could help convince them to come to Stanford.
Kal should support leaving the NCAA as well so they can stop playing FCS schools. I saw a post on Reddit today that they have the 2nd worst record (after Northwestern) against non-FBS schools.
