I read an offhand comment about the Patriots sticking him on IR, apparently they grabbed him off waivers earlier today. Also he tore his meniscus earlier this year? That's too bad, I hadn't heard about it.

I was in Europe without a computer at the time, catching up on the hundreds of posts I missed was a bit much. The article I found made it sound like the waivers claim happened today, so I guess the news is that he's on the Pats' IR, which isn't a surprise I suppose.
