Q: Hey coach, how do you plan to turn this program around?
A: "No comment."
As the clock runs down, why is Shaw smiling?

WSU in victory formation on Stanford's 10 so as not to further humiliate Shaw/Stanford.

Funny BC.
I didn't think I could see a game worse than Stanford's game against Utah last year. But here it is. Just like last year the team is quitting on Shaw.
That’s unfair to the players. The ones left, at least. They are decimated with injures. And they lacked depth to begin with.
True, Lex. And this is a SYSTEMIC , PROGRAM FAILURE as much as it is a medical issue.
May very well be.

As he leaves the field, Shaw has security to protect him from Stanford fans.
Oh, wait. There are no Stanford fans left in the stadium.

Mercifully, it's over. What a humiliation.

Well, we avoided having a "sixty-burger" hung on us through the mercy of the WSU coach. Putrid performance. Stanford should just get out of the football business unless it can hire a brilliant, charismatic coach with a clever strategic sense, like that guy Taylor at Sac State.

Worst rushing team in the Pac-12. Not anymore.

Sweet mercy it’s over. I feel for Matt and his compunction to analyze what happened, but after I take a shower and sleep it off, I’ll be interested in what he might say. Going to be tough to find any “stars”.

David Shaw post-game: "We're close, and actually we played well until the game started. At our best, we can beat anyone."

Well, we watched the entire game despite me threatening to turn it off at halftime. Disappointing in so many ways. Not gonna win games with 4 turnovers in the first half alone. A truly humiliating loss. What else will it take to force some changes?

I think MTL will slow play it while College Football sorts out its direction until his term is up in 4 or 5 years. Let the next president desk with this mess. It won’t be solved in his term.

By Monday, the FACULTY will foist a rebellion on MTLavigne. $8.9M a year... FOR THAT?!!
WHAT?!
Go get Dave Clawson at Wake Forest -- under $4M a year.
Jonathan Smith at ORST barely makes $2.5M, at a much worse recruiting platform.
Shaw and his Staff should announce their resignations. This is INSULTING.
Forget Wins-Losses -- it is NOT WATCHABLE.
