Great steal by Hull. 32 minutes, 10 pt 2 reb 2 ast 2 stl.
Ogwumike and Seattle fell by a point to Vegas. Ogwumike had a marvelous season and last night was typical, 32 minutes, led Seattle with 16 pts 9 rebs. For the season, she scored 803 pts (top 10 in the WNBA) and had 309 rebs (top 15 league wide). Pretty good for age 35!

The Fever upset the juggernaut Aces in the first game of the semi final series! 89-73. Hull 35 minutes, 6 pt 2 reb 2 ast
The Lynx won the first game of their series over Phx. As feared, Carrington indeed hurt her foot in the last few minutes of the first round clinching game, and DNP tonight. Smith played 26 minutes, 4 pt 6 reb 3 ast 1 blk. K Williams DNP for Phx.

Lynx lost to Phx last night. Alanna Smith excellent in defeat, 15 pt 9 reb 5 ast 3 blk. Carrington DNP (injured foot) and K Williams DNP for Phx.
Fever got blown out by Las Vegas 90-68. Hull, reportedly suffering from a "minor" back injury, shot 5 of 16 but the 5 makes were all threes, for 15 pts, with 3 reb and 2 ast.
Both series tied 1-1.

Lynx lost again in Phx. Strangely, A Smith played only 12 minutes, shot 0 for 4, was not injured. Crazy for her coach to sit her? She is the WNBA co-DPOY!
Carrington DNP again, still injured.
Fever lost to Vegas, again. Hull fouled out but had a fantastic, career game statistically, 16 pts ( 3 of 6 on threes) 10 reb (second WNBA double double) 4 ast 1 stl 2 blk.

Such a fun season turning into a really crappy semifinals. Sigh.

It's Las Vegas v Phx in the WNBA finals. That means Kiana Williams is the last LSJU alum standing.
Vegas beat the Fever in game 5, in overtime. Hull played a career high *43* minutes and had 12 pts 7 reb 3 ast. Overall a great season, with career highs in many statistical categories.
The top seed Lynx could've used the injured Carrington in the semi final series. Smith had 8 pts 8 rebs 2 blk 1 ast 1 stl in the last game of the series vs. Phx. She was 2 of 17 on threes in the postseason (Hull was 13 of 44, and Carrington, 4 of 7).
I think the top 3-point shooter among the LSJU alums was actually . . . Ogwumike! She made 72 threes total in regular and postseason, and shot over 37%.
