RE: Stanford at Oregon Game Thread - cardcrimson - 10-01-2022

McKee kills the drive singlehandedly. Ooof.

Then  the first field goal attempt this year?!?

Sorry, McKee is not accurate!! - MV72018 - 10-01-2022

And we have to settle for a FG! PATTHETIC!!!!

RE: Stanford at Oregon Game Thread - chrisk - 10-01-2022

First FG of the year — 1 for 1

RE: Stanford at Oregon Game Thread - martyup - 10-01-2022

Stanford draws second blood.

I'm not sure which was worse: McKee or the play calling!!!

We are on the board at least. Three plays from the Duck 5 got us nowhere.

RE: Stanford at Oregon Game Thread - martyup - 10-01-2022

Don't want to jinx us but we've almost played an entire half with no turnovers.  That's progress.

STANFORD squanders another opportunity!

Absolutely horrid play calling starting at the 5 yd line.

3 HORRIBLE plays from the 5 yard line.

Our right tackle is a junior, I think, and he hasn't played until tonight. Nugent was good last year, but maybe it was because he had better guards beside him. We are so thin, so slow, so passive, but we are good at gathering penalties this eve.

Second down was a TD.  McKee just made a poor throw.

McKee can't throw on the run.

Nine penalties for Oregon in the first 26 minutes of the game.

Nix seems pretty marginal to me.  Or our DBs will all be drafted in the first round.  One or the other.

RE: Stanford at Oregon Game Thread - PAsportsfan - 10-01-2022

Should be a TD

If he can't reliably make that throw, don't call it!

RE: Stanford at Oregon Game Thread - old spanish trail - 10-01-2022

We are caught in the middle of trying to implement a new offense which maybe helps out rb's but is terrible for our qb. McKee is twixt and between. Seems with all our "celebrated" receivers, we would be trying to go basic with McKee more comfortable.

Not the SU DB who got put through the washing machine before allowing the receiver to get quite free.

RE: Stanford at Oregon Game Thread - CompSci87 - 10-01-2022

Okay, I'm turning it off now.

RE: Stanford at Oregon Game Thread - Mick - 10-01-2022

I didn't realize we had the nation's longest losing streak against FBS teams.

RE: Stanford at Oregon Game Thread - martyup - 10-01-2022

Fumble count -- 2
Turnover count -- 1

RE: Stanford at Oregon Game Thread - cardcrimson - 10-01-2022

This team has quit.

RE: Stanford at Oregon Game Thread - chrisk - 10-01-2022

There has been a lot of regression in the last 364 days.
