What does it say about TT and his clown show running QB evals that Charlie Mirer wasn't even in the public conversation? How did he not get reps? And why didn't Reich/Luck see Mirer's potential? I get that maybe this was ND's second string, but geez.

I stayed through the whole game. What a beat down they gave us. That fake punt took all the air out of our sails after finally stopping them on third down.
What low-lifes trying to score when the game was more than over and 4 minutes left. They should have taken a knee after the 2 minute time out. Glad they didn't score at the end.

The football gods saw their arrogance and gave them a bad/high snap on the last play of the game, thus allowing us to beat the spread (I don't even think a FG would have helped them cover). Much money was lost betting on ND.

They beat Syracuse 70-7. The CFP guys said style points matter. I don’t approve but I’m not surprised. And I’m glad karma prevailed to keep them from covering the spread.

People thought the same about Elijah when he had trash time reps. I wouldn't read into this at all.
