Texas counties and cities have been sending out emergency text alerts announcing their mandatory mark conditions.

well, I just got a robot phone message from SCC Dept. of Public Health, saying Happy Fourth of July, fireworks and social gatherings are unsafe, celebrate responsibly.

I also got the call and a text, and also some sketchy looking texts saying "stay safe" with a link to use and asking for a confirmation reply that I got the text.........
