Texas counties and cities have been sending out emergency text alerts announcing their mandatory mark conditions.

I feel like we need more of this. Inundate everyone to change the default mindset.

well, I just got a robot phone message from SCC Dept. of Public Health, saying Happy Fourth of July, fireworks and social gatherings are unsafe, celebrate responsibly.
