FYI, Carolyn is a supporter of the bioorthogonal mesh RPO and a strong believer in unpredictable play calling in the lab.

Holy crap, that is some impressive research! Congrats to Prof. Bertozzi. Thanks for posting.

RE: Nobel Prize in Chemistry - ca245 - 10-05-2022

We are happy to claim her as one of our own, though, in honesty, she spent 19 years at that school across the bay, where she did a lot of the research cited by the Nobel committee, before coming here in 2015.

She's a Bear. Can't count her.

For those not familiar with Tom Morello, he is a founding member of Rage Against The Machine. And a Harvard alum.

Can she coach?

Yes, excellent at the molecular level! Pays close attention to very small details, hence her winning record. Her favorite play: is called
"ph3-nano6-sulfuric-hydrocloric blast". Cleanup needed every time it is run!

They lost me at valence tables. Does a good valence beat a good offense?

Depends on how you spin it.

Based on her research, she could certainly make things "click"!
