I also appreciate that the transfer portal has the potential to leave the basketball roster well below capacity for a season, even two seasons.
Still, at this point Haase and Muir must go. Haase because his teams don't improve over the season, and normally lose a lot in March. That's not the sign of a good college basketball coach. Great recruiting? Maybe. Great coaching? Sorry, no
And if it takes several seasons for an athletic director to identify the Haase pattern, then that AD needs to go too.
Don't even get me started on Madsen.

Sad, but not unexpected, that the men's hoops team played two games this past weekend and the women's basketball, softball, tennis and swimming teams all had more posts on this board.

If you thought that Stanford looked bad defensively, you are correct. 351 D1 men's basketball programs. Stanford is 301st in scoring defense, 284th in FG% defense, 316th in 3 point FG% defense. I am sure that the advanced statistics are just as poor.

By the way, I recall Haase saying before the Utah and Colorado debacles, that a major reason we lost the preceding 4 games was we were no longer 'in a flow' or in "rhythm" and not "playing with confidence" like we were earlier in the season. He then said "It's solvable and fixable. I don't think it's broken." I beg to differ. Looks broken to me! If it is solvable and fixable, you don't look like someone who can do so.
