I happened to be at Cardinal Plaza yesterday just when the team was boarding the bus for SFO. A very tall group of players, maybe as tall as the M VB team perhaps minus a couple outside hitters. Possibly the tallest LSJU M WP team in memory, and for me that goes back to 1976!

No way to know until we play the LA schools and Cal. Need to be better than at least one of those schools in order to make NCAAs. Everything is just filler.

Facing #2 USC tomorrow.

By the way, these were NOT conference games. We play UCLA & USC once during the MPSF conference season, in a month, at Stanford.
But, the MPSF championships are at UCLA. If we survive that, the national championships are at Stanford.

The MPSF website seems to disagree with you. It has Stanford 2 and 0 in conference play. Anyway this was an impressive road sweep over #1 and #2 UCLA and USC.

I stand corrected. I would have sworn the Stanford MWP site's schedule did not have those games marked as conference games but I must have been mistaken.
So much the better!
