Does anyone know if we are recruiting this guy?

His father was a rather famous Stanford drop-out and his sister is a freshman.

Meanwhile, Maverick McNealy shot 13 under par in the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines - and finished in 10th place, 10 strokes behind the 45 year old winner, Justin Rose. Second tournament of 2026 for McNealy. Early in the final round, he was in second place, 6 strokes back. Time is flying by - McNealy is now 30 years old.

I'm guessing Rose will be shooting his age before he's on Medicare (or its UK equivalent).

Thorbjornsen finished T18 (-11), Patrick Rodgers (-9) finished T27, Isaiah Salinda (-8), finished T30 and Kal Vilips (-7) finished T38. I believe that is the first time that five Stanford alumni finished -7 or better in the same PGA tournament.

NIL must be high

NIL is a drop in the family wealth bucket.  Surely that wasn't a deciding factor...

Sometimes kids decide they want to forge their own way. Not sure if that's the case here, but it happens.
