Much to the chagrin of my boss, I did some research.
In recent history:
2010: 4 (Jim Dray, Toby Gerhart, Matt Kopa, Erik Lorig)
2011: 4 (Owen Marecic, Ryan Whalen, Sione Fua, Richard Sherman)
2012: 6 (David DeCastro, Coby Fleener, Delano Howell, Andrew Luck, Jonathan Martin, Chris Owusu)
2013: 4 (Zach Ertz, Stepfan Taylor, Chase Thomas, Levine Toilolo)
2014: 8 (Tyler Gaffney, Ryan Hewitt, Cam Fleming, David Yankey, Josh Mauro, Trent Murphy, Shayne Skov, Ed Reynolds)
2015: 6 (Ty Montgomery, Andrus Peat, Henry Anderson, David Parry, Alex Carter, Jordan Richards)
2016: 6 (Kevin Hogan, Devon Cajuste, Austin Hooper, Josh Garnett, Kyle Murphy, Blake Martinez)
2017: 4 (Christian McCaffrey, Solomon Thomas, Michael Rector, Conrad Ukropina)
2018: 6 (Harrison Phillips, Justin Reid, Quenton Meeks, Dalton Schultz, Peter Kalambayi, David Bright)
My guess would be the 8 guys in 2014 is the record, based on our recent run of success.
EDIT:
Also keep in mind that some of our guys that have gotten NFL snaps (e.g. Doug Baldwin, Johnson Bademosi, Michael Thomas, Matt Masifilo, Griff Whalen, AJ Tarpley SORRY IF I FORGOT ANYONE ELSE SIGNIFICANT I LOVE YOU ALL) didn't receive invites to the Combine.
