Trenton Irwin had 152 receptions during his Stanford career. That is the 10th most receptions in Stanford history, and the 2nd most receptions of any receiver in the Harbaugh/Shaw era (behind Ty Montgomery). So Stanford used Irwin a lot.
Irwin's total of 5 TDs was relatively low because Stanford had another big-play receiver who was very effective in the red zone -- J.J. Arcega-Whiteside, who had 28 TD receptions during the same years that Irwin played.

Probably neither will be correct, but what's new? It is also irrelevant, because Shaw is gone (by his own choice it seems).
