I\'m pleased with Hayes, but more pleased with Austin. Why? Because Austin had some big time offers and also had the opportunity to consider those offers before he picked Stanford. That way we stand a better chance of avoiding a Tai-ler Jones or Jordan Zumwalt situation where a prospect verbals to us, but later changes his mind when an offer comes along he decides he likes better.

Anyway you have to be pleased with JH as a recruiter. He gets out and beats the bushes early and often.
