It will be interesting to watch the Hayes situation.  Kelsey Young, the RB recruit from Norco, was basically unknown before he gave his verbal to Stanford, and suddenly he became quite highly regarded.  Similar things happened last year with a couple of guys who started with Stanford and ended up elsewhere (McNamara, at Wisconsin, Williams with BC).  I\'m not sure if this is just Harbaugh and staff being ahead of everyone else, or the recruiting sites just figuring "Well, if a Div-I program values him, we better take a look," or some combination of the two.

In any case, it will be interesting to see A) where the final evaluation of Hayes lands and B) if we can actually keep him in the fold for the next 9 months.
