1436 seems about right...it compared to a medium-sized women's volleyball crowd.  They actually roped off the upper section seats.  Fairly sparse student section, which wasn't too surprising given it is Finals week.  My wife insisted on sitting, so we moved up to the loge section at mid- court.  For $15 per seat, not horrible.  There were quite a few Aggie fans there, and they were spirited.  But, as I recalled from an NIT game few years ago, the mini-crowd of Stanford folks was actually almost as noisy (with even the occasional standing O) as the regular crowd, since it was the distilled hard core fans -- i.e., the folks who really wanted to be there rooting for Stanford, despite what happened earlier in the season.
