I think this favors teams that have a well-conceived, well-executed offense that can consistently generate a decent-percentage shot within 15 seconds, and teams that can just beat you one on one at any time. That does not seem to describe our team at present. I could see some of our opponents employing a full-court press just to shorten the amount of time we have to run our offense, and when we start our offense with 20 seconds left on the clock that gives us 15 seconds before we just have to put up any shot--or 10 seconds before we do our standard clear out and set a pick for the point guard to drive and create. I suppose this could force us to become more purposeful and direct with our offense?
