Not true.  The most boring situation in basketball occurs when the refs "go to the monitor," then step away from the monitor for a conference, then go back to the monitor, then call the other official over to look at the monitor, then have another conference, then go back to the monitor, then call the coaches over to discuss the situation with each of them, and then put another .4 seconds on the game clock...  ???

THAT is the most boring situation in basketball...
