Whoops .... I stand corrected. Â Â We finished our build in 10 months so Cal might be able to get a mere renovation done in 22 months. Â But never, ever underestimate the ability of Cal\'s strange mix of bureaucracy, advocacy dramatists and special interest groups to screw this up.
