we did ours in 10 months with:
- double shifts for much of the time
- fast demo and removal of the old stadium
- easy access to the site for materials and construction mvehicles
- tearing down and starting over is almost always faster than an extensive remodel
- John A
Eliminating just the 1st one puts us much closer to 22 months than 10. The others also enabled a faster timeline.
Without knowing exactly what they hope to accomplish (and I recall reading that for most ticket buyers it is a better bench to sit on that will cost more with the premium seats getting more room and seatbacks, I also recall they decided against replacing the lovely port-o-lets above the student section) 22 months may or may not be ambitious
