The reason for selecting AT&T over the Coliseum is self-evident: a better experience for the fans.  There is nothing "there" at the Coliseum.  But with games at AT&T, fans can attend the game and make a day/evening of it in the City.  

The public transportation rationale was just a . . . . rationalization for making the "elitest" decision.

And frankly, I don\'t blame the Bear powers-that-be for making that call.  It\'s their choice, and it won\'t affect me in the least (so who really cares?).
