It seems to me that since the question referencing her Jewish identity was specifically directed at determining whether or not she could be neutral on the issue of divestment, that it was a legitimate inquiry. There is much additional information and perspective in the Daily article and those to which it links. At this point, I am thinking Tobin is stretching a bit to get to the allegations he raises.
