Well, I don't know Sonia from Adam, but she summed it up perfectly with the last word of the video: "WOW!".
I am completely knocked out by Turley. I have seen the other videos which were impressive. In this video I think he reveals elements of himself as a person, and I am totally in awe. When he was describing the other coaches needling him and his players in their pre-game preparations, he gave an honest assessment of his own reaction by admitting it was defensive and prideful. Those are qualities he clearly gives no positive weighting and he re-asserted his priority, which is to optimize his players' readiness. I am impressed by his apparent spiritual balance. He truly, deeply gets the Stanford concept.
