Finally, every time someone says "____ fans are the worst" or similar they show their colors as an ignorant buffoon.

True, except if the "_____" is filled with U.SC. Then the speaker clearly has insight and knowledge of the truth. But in my time in NE, I have found Pats fans to be particularly dickish. And I felt that way long before Luck went to the Colts.

Same applies to local geographies with respect to youth sports.  There's always one geography that is just nuts.
