Setting aside the Deflate Gate (which I believe exceeds 51%) how do people feel about handing out sanctions against a 51% probability standard?

That seems a low hurdle for taking away someone's livelihood.

In 1938 Neville Chamberlain declared "Peace in our time", Superman first appeared in Action Comics, Seabiscuit beat War Admiral ....... and C.a.l last won the Rose Bowl.
