Finally, every time someone says "____ fans are the worst" or similar they show their colors as an ignorant buffoon. If this sort of charge were being leveled against Stanford half the people in here would be going insane, so don't act self-righteous.

I'm willing to be you either are a Patriots fan or perhaps haven't had much experience with them.  While I believe there are worse fan bases on the whole (looking at you, Seattle), Patriot fans have become tremendously obnoxious throughout this whole thing.  Not all Patriot fans, just the ones who have invaded social media, sports forums, and articles about it, as well as the ones I know irl.
