This is fraternity/sorority behavior. A closed society with its own rules and traditions but run by 19-20 -year olds. What could go wrong? Some of the brightest kids in America and they are so clueless. But, a lot of other closed social organizations give no clue up front or in public and engage in equal or worse stuff. It will get ferreted out one group at a time. And kids will figure out other ways to rage on.
