Note that burritos in Mexico (where they are really only served in the Northern part of the country) are very different from our popularized notion of burritos.  Really, what most of us understand as burritos are "Mission Burritos", named after the San Francisco neighborhood.

By the way, fivethirtyeight.com had a burrito bracket, an NCAA basketball-tournament-like tourney pitting the top-64 burrito places against each other in an elimination format.  The winner, which I can attest to was La Taqueria here in the Mission.
