That one's in Mt. View.  Looks pretty good.  Is La Costena still around?  I know it was on Middlefield in Mt. View, they had great burritos.

It looks as though Taqueira La Bamba and La Costena have both moved from the corner of Rensgstorff and Old Middlefield to the strip mall at Rengstorff and Middledield Road about a block or so away.

I'd forgotten about those places - used to go all the time way back when.

The crumbling buildings where La Costena and La Bamba were located were demolished to make way for housing.  La Bamba is now two blocks away in a relatively nice place in a strip mall at the corner of Rengstorff and the new Middlefield, rather than Old Middlefield.  You actually can sit down to eat if you want to.  La Costena is also on new Middlefield now but a mile down near the corner of Whisman.  Both continue to thrive.  I've learned not to show up at La Bamba at 12:15, since the line is always out the door.
