but my guess is "CEB"  which stands for Current Events Board over on the Bootleg.  Originally created to pull off-topic posts (which were often political comment or sniping)  off the Football boards,  it has over time become a kind of combat zone with a life of its own, where egos and political viewpoints go for exercise.  Time spent over there really, really, really makes one appreciate the self-imposed, self-regulating civility and freedom from most politics of the Cardboard.

The truly funny part is that there are posts and posters that are too wild for even the CEB, and they are relegated to the "Thunderdome" board.  Seen to be believed.
