It may be that this won't be resolved until the last of the loyalists to the old coach is gone. That could mean some lean years.

Any player - or parent - who holds a grudge against a new coach because they liked the old coach needs to do some serious growing up.  Hanson had NOTHING to do with what happened in the past.  She simply got handed this fractured team.  I think two more years is enough to start seeing some major improvement.
