The S&C coach (Marcello?) was faulted in the independent investigation for creating a sexually hostile atmosphere and for failing to maintain appropriate boundaries with some players. A red flag to me was that his penalty for a player coming late to an S&C session was the player had to bring donuts over to his house late at night?!! No way that should happen. He has to maintain the appearance of propriety as well as actually being appropriate.
