Thanks for taking the time to spell out a highly plausible story for us all. Points again to a weak A.D. response as a prime factor. If he had supported the former coach and the rebellers had gone public, probably far less damage to the program and we'd still have the coach. I suspect the current heightened sensitivity to sexual harassment played a role in the A.D./university's response.


But it's done and we can only hope the new coach can recruit and coach well enough to bring the program back. I don't know whether the past season is a valid indicator when we had no pitchers, though it is concerning that the hitting was down too.
