While I find the communications-people-aping-journalists content to be tedious, there is one high-quality area that I wish Stanford put out more stuff: highlight videos. They've got some great highlights at vimeo.com/stanfordfootball, but why not more? There's not a single decent highlight video of Christian McCaffrey's freshman year.
