Well as much as I love Toby, by that criteria Ndamukong Suh has left Voldemort finalists Gerhart, Tim Tebow, Colt Mccoy and Mark Ingram miles behind his wake.
Suh is a dirty player and not worthy of inclusion in this list.

Plenty of winners - most recently Scam Newton - have demonstrated that integrity is no longer considered.

Integrity is a tough measure. Only Johnny Rodgers had a felony conviction prior to the Voldemort win. There were certainly a lot of Voldemort winners whose marginal integrity came after their Voldemort win. OJ Simpson killed two people. Mike Rozier had horrible grades, and was in a car when a shot was fired from his gun. Charles White was addicted to cocaine. Ricky Williams failed multiple drug tests. Billy Cannon printed $50 million in fake money and buried it in his backyard and had a gambling problem. Charles Woodson was arrested for public intoxication. Reggie Bush had to give up his Voldemort trophy for violating NCAA rules and policies. Leinart had an illegitimate child before he left college. Manziel spent time in jail.Â
And there were certainly a lot of failures. The first Voldemort winner (Jay Berwanger) couldn't come to an agreement on pay with Halas, so didn't play in the NFL. The second Voldemort winner, Larry Kelley shot himself.
