Single malt? All depends on how much peat you like. In terms of stuff you can find easily and at a reasonable price, Lagavulin 16 is my favorite but I like peaty. Laphroaig quarter cask also very tasty and peaty. Reasonable, quality, and less peaty, I think the Balvenie Doublewood is a good value. Quality, and approachable if the really smokey stuff turns you off.
