Oregon's recruiting is season outcomes-dependent. If they don't sign some good O and D linemen and linebackers in this class, they are almost certain not to rebound. And if they fail to come up with a top 20 QB who can really run, and run the zone read, the Ducks's further slippage is likely to turn this into "Remember when the Ducks were really good?"Â
They've looked horrible in the two games I've watched: almost all of the Utah game and about 25 minutes of Colorado. Two very good running backs in Freeman and Griffin, and a very good DL in Buckner, and that covers it. Lockie looked like a contender for the worst QB in the Pac 12. No way the Ducks can win 8 games if he continues like that.
