If Rosen sustains at 134 PER it'd be one of the best full-season performances for a true freshman QB ever. Which is why it's almost always a bad idea, assuming viable alternatives, to start one.

I agree, though I don't know where to find such a ranking compiled.

I seem to remember that last year was remarkable for good performances by true frosh QBs. We had Kaaya at Miamis PER=145.9, Barrett tOSU PER=169.8 ... and I thought another that I cannot find right now.
