Im not sure, on the flea flicker against UCF, you could tell he put everything he had into the throw, and that's a throw Andrew Luck makes as he's falling to his knees. I think arm atrength is overrated for NFL QB's and I think Hogan has enough, but I wouldn't say he has a plus arm.

What I will say is that the difference in arm between Hogan and Chryst was readily apparent, even though Keller only threw the ball four times.  He had a completion to Irwin that sounded like a pitcher popping a catcher's mitt.
