Steve Durrett used to do something like this with his RPR (Relative Performance Ratings [or maybe it stood for Ratios]), but the last entry I saw for him was for 2013,

But be careful, the links to what should be current data seem to go to some dodgy site selling you stuff that screws up the back function on my browser.

Links actually working are those listed as the archives, and cover up to as recent as the end of the 2014 regular season (+ conference championship games I think).

Typically Steve says that until about half way through the season, the teams aren't connected enough for his numbers to have any validity so he doesn't do the calculations early on. Perhaps he will soon start on 2015 numbers.
