You're absolutely right.
I forgot we didn't need to win out to win the Pac12.
In fact, this assumes that the Pac12 North is almost a done deal.
Chance of winning Pac 12: 54%
Chance of winning the Pac 12 Championship game: 60% (winning out (16%) / winning scheduled games (27%))
Chance of winning Pac 12 North:Â 54%/ 60% = 90%!!
