Not Payton.  Payton was a bowling ball with one of the best, strongest stiff arms in the business.  He also went airborne over the goal line in ways that make Remound Wright look like a smurf.

I always felt like Toby's running style reminded me of Walter Payton--the way he would relentless run, break tackles, run, stiff arm, break tackles, and drag the pile for the extra 3 yards. Ahh, I miss both of those guys (in different ways of course)
