That is correct.  We called a time out with 6 seconds left to try to get into position for a field goal.  We advanced the ball, and went for the field goal; USC called a time out to ice the kicker so Harbaugh said f--- it and went (and converted) the touchdown.  The next year we played the what's your deal? game.
