When you find a racist system, go after it.  Shut it down.  When you find a racist, shame them.  Symbolic heads on a spike don't change anything.

Is that not shaming people? If the president's response was inadequate then forcing him to resign is saying that the culture needs to change, which is the same message as your first two points.
