The Hater's Guide to Noter Dame.  If salty language offends you, I'd probably avoid it.  It's three years old, but still very funny.  As a guy who attended Catholic schools for half of my education, I loooooved it.  You want a real Catholic school, try Georgetown.  Or BC.  Or SCU.  Any Jesuit institution'll do.
