This match against Washington was a bit hard to watch.  Prior to this match Stanford was clicking on all cylinders but tonight only 2 or 3 cylinders were clicking.  Stanford really struggled without Hodson.  Coach Dunnning  tried different options with Vanjak on the outside, Alade in the middle and Brown playing full rotation but to no avail.  I must say though, Brown played good. Howard struggled at times especially in serve receive. Plus the refs didnʻt help at all by not calling those heavy throws from Washington. 

The team really needs Hodson especially during the NCAA tournament.  Without Hodson, an early exit from the tournament is likely.  I hope her injury is not serious.  I hope she returns in time for the tournament and returns 100%.
