It doesn't look like a QB wins it this year. Watson is the only one who seems to be in the running and if nothing he's done so far has made him the front-runner, I doubt anything he could do from here out will do it either. (If awards were given out after bowls this would be a different story.)

Falk should get some consideration, but I doubt he'll be invited to New York let alone win, especially if he is injured next week.
